FTV estate grown and produced. Crisp Granny Smith apples and peaches, weighty mouthfeel with flavors of honeysuckle, lemongrass, and sweet basil. Stainless steel fermented and aged. Pairs well with spicy Thai dishes, blackened fish or scallops with mango pineapple salsa. Try with aged white cheddar, richer white meats, and generously flavored meals.

Light bodied and medium acidity. Great food wine. Made from ancient vines planted in 1900. Bursting with fruit red raspberries and cherries. Savory with subtle earthiness. Aged in neutral French oak. Pairs well with Best Thanksgiving wine, lamb or beef stew, roasted eggplant.

2025 Orange County Wine Comp NV GSM - Gold
FTV estate grown and produced. Our easy drinking GSM is a blend of 10% Grenache, 60% Syrah, and 30% Mourvedre. Syrah carries this blend adding savory herbs and dark chocolate, Grenache brings in the bright fruit and Mourvedre rounds everything out with notes of mountain blackberries and a little earthiness. Silky tannins and lightly toasted oak. Aged in 20% new French oak. Food pairings include grilled steak and roasted root veggies, ratatouille. It also plays well with lots of cheeses brie and cheddar. It works well with a charcuterie and cheese board.

Raspberry, black cherry, tobacco, green peppercorn, bay leaf and sierra rosemary, flinty aroma, intense and savory, 80% new French oak. Roasted stuffed red peppers topped with goat cheese, lentil stew, roasted lamb, Sunday roast with gravy, spaghetti with tomato sauce and spicy meatballs.

Bold, Full bodied and rich tannins, black cherry, leather, savory, dried herbs - sage and oregano, classic hint of violets, star anise. Long succulent finish. Aged in 25% new French oak. Pairs well with portobello mushrooms with wild rice, eggplant, beef ribs, filet mignon, smoked gouda, stilton, aged cheddar.

Grown at Dela Trecca Ranch in Murphys. Medium bodied and savory with notes of dried figs and cigar box. Complex with aromas rich dark coffee and leather. Aged in 35% new American oak for a hint of vanilla and cedar. Pairs well with Manchego and aged Cheddar. Spanish tapas, lasagna or a hearty grilled filet.
