2023 Alicante Bouschet

Intense and inky, full bodied and full of flavor. Blackberry, red cherry and juniper berries, mocha with hints of smoky cedar and sweet tobacco. Aged in 15% new French oak. Pairs well with roasted beef, Chef Lyle's tri tip, grilled vegetables or pasta with a hearty tomato sauce. Try with smoked Gouda, Manchego or other intense aged cheeses.
